But it's very obvious that the Jay Wolfe philosophy has evolved into a mindset of accommodating customers rather than the "them-against-us" mentality and style. Jim Mattson, Dean Saddler and Josh Gurney treated me like an adult deserving of their respect. This mutual understanding and their impressive knowledge of the Acura product made my dealings with them a pleasure. My first visit was by myself, then back again with my wife on Wednesday and delivery of our new MDX on Thursday. Simple, uncomplicated, straightforward, informational and hassle-free. And that is how all dealerships should conduct business. More

My saleseman, Jimmy Carpenter was more knowledgeable about the vehicles from other dealerships than the actual salesmen from those dealerships. The Acura dealership provided me with the "WOW" factor I was hoping for. The icing on the cake was provided once again by Jimmy who had Bruno Mars playing when we picked up the vehicle after having done his homework and remembering that my son Jack with Down Syndrome LOVES Bruno Mars. Jimmy owned us when we saw the delight on Jack's face. Great experience. I am looking forward to spreading the word. More

My only complaint is that Jay Wolfe let me drive off the lot in my newly purchased car with only half a tank of gas. I realize that I did test drive the car and had it overnight, but I used (AT MOST) 1/4 tank of gas. I feel that when purchasing a new vehicle a customer should get the courtesy of a full tank of gas before driving off the lot. It's a poor last impression.. "Jay Wolfe Acura appreciates your business, but only half a tank's worth." If it wasnt for Dean Saddler I wouldnt be back. More
