Our sales associate was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was most definitely the single most important reason we decided not to return to our previous dealership. As well, the Lounge area was aesthetic and comfortable with an impressive array of beverages and snacks available while waiting. We were given a tour of the dealership where we experienced the friendliness and cleanliness of both the parts department and service department, as well as instructions of what to expect when returning for service. Financing was a breeze and also a pleasant experience. Finally, there was a lovely young lady who assisted with explaining technical details and offered as much support as needed, including a workshop available for new buyers.
