Repair Service Excellence Having bought 2 cars from JWA, my wife and I have been pleased with their maintenance service. Dan Keairns, Service Manager, is a great combination of Having bought 2 cars from JWA, my wife and I have been pleased with their maintenance service. Dan Keairns, Service Manager, is a great combination of mechanic/tech guy and a customer service relationship pro. Although a busy guy, he has been generous in sharing a few minutes to talk cars (I'm a car aficionado) and work with me to optimize my service requests. One example of his exemplary assistance is when I had a blow-out to a tire that I purchased from him (at a very competitive price, special order). He and his team went out of their way to expedite a special order replacement and get installed at no charge, and the tire had nearly 10K miles on it. With the free loaner service I was in and out in about 15 mins along with a free coffee and bagel. Consistently excellent customer service, unfortunately, is still not a given in this competitive industry. Kudos to Dan and JWA for exceeding my expectations. I confidently recommend JWA service with Dan at the helm. More
