I already knew I wanted to take my business to Jay Wolfe Acura as I had been getting my previous car serviced there for about 10 years. I had a really old crappy car but every time I came in to get my car serviced I got the red carpet treatment as if I was their top customer. That is one of the many things that excited me about Jay Wolfe. The whole process was very customer focused and they made the car buying experience fun. When I got started with the process Jeff Johnson in the finance department helped me get qualified at the lowest rate possible. I then teamed up with and consulted Jimmy Carpenter to determine the exact car and features I needed. Jimmy's knowledge and expertise of the brand helped me determine what custom features I did and didn't need. When I came to pick the car up they reviewed all the features with me so I could take full advantage. They took their time and wanted to make sure I was totally comfortable with the car before I left. The whole car buying experience from start to finish was fantastic. I am very proud and I will be referring all my friends to Jay Wolfe Acura. More
