When I got to Kansas City Mr. Carpenter picked me up at the train station (nice courtesy). The car was as perfect as promised, "shined up" and ready to go. Mr. Carpenter and his assistant, Jackie Gerke, made the whole process seamless, and expedient. Doing the paperwork was quick and hassel free. Jackie had the keys, and owners manual, license plates on, gas in the car- it was ready to go when the paperwork was finished.
