A fast, painless and totally satisfying experience I brought my MDX in at the appointed time for my A1 service. I, was warmly welcomed and Dusty (an amazingly excellent service tech who has always given my wife and me the best service and attention possible) registered my vehicle and invited me to the cafe to relax and have some breakfast while I waited. In less than the time I expected, the service was completed and my car was washed and ready for me. This was as good an experience as anyone could possibly expect from a service ddepartment and a "personal service tech". We have purchased 4 Acuras from Jay Wolfe and have been totally satisfied with the performance of the vehicles and the excellent service that has been provided to us. Thank you, Dusty!! More

Purchased a Pre-Owned Vehicle We had a appointment and knew which vehicle we were interested in. We verified that it was available before making the hour drive to look the vehicle over. We were welcomed at the dealership and directed to Steve. He told us that Jimmy would take care of us. Jimmy did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. The reason this is not a 5 star rating is because it took a very long time to complete the deal [over 4 hours]. Also when we got home we found that the second key fob would not work [needed a new battery] and the home link system was not working [still waiting on a resolution for this]. We also thought that a deeper detailing should have been done. It is our plan to pay off the financing as soon as possible and noticed after we had signed that there was a specific sentence that would have guaranteed that we would not have paid any interest if we paid off the loan in a specific time period but it was not pointed out to us. More
