My account was they tried to patch it when i requested the upper back be replaced when I first purchased the car into to 6 mos of me having the car. For car that I spent so much money on to show that leather doing that is embarrassomg. This is my major problem I have. My Honda Accord I have for almost 10 years did not do that. I am unhappy with this. More

I had been having trouble with my 2005 TSX car not starting properly since about October 2013. I took it in and at that time, no problem was detected. Then December 2013, I continued to have starting starting properly since about October 2013. I took it in and at that time, no problem was detected. Then December 2013, I continued to have starting problems and a friend opened the battery caps and noticed there was slush inside the battery. I took it back and got a brand new free battery since it was installed about a year prior to that. Then having a new battery, my car on occasion usually on colder days, would have a hard time still starting. Last Friday, 2/21/14, it hardly started at all so I took it back in and it was determined then my starter was bad and was replaced. Now my car does start properly and no problems. I wish the bad starter couldn't have been determined back in October 2013. But Debra was very helpful and concerned that my car was not the way I thought it should be. She was also very friendly and helped me to get a loaner car even though I did not have an appointment. More

Jimmy Carpenter was our salesman. We came in to look not necessarily to buy. However, after talking to Jimmy, we made a commitment to purchase a new MDX that was on its way. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to be sure we were getting the car we wanted. He took us to your storage site just to see another color interior in the exterior car that I wanted. He has a great outgoing personality without being overbearing. He is the reason we purchased from Jay Wolfe rather than returning to Superior Acura where we purchased our first Acura. Your center is very comfortable and accommodating. Having service will be a pleasure in your new surroundings. Jimmy was also very responsive to any questions we called about. When we picked up the car, Jimmy spent us rushed time with us to be sure we understood all the perks and functions of the car. The finance director did a great job also having all the paperwork ready to go which made the paperwork process very speedy but thorough. After purchasing the car, we went to dinner in our neighborhood which happens to also be Jimmy's neighborhood. Unbeknownst to us, Jimmypaid for our dinner.....again,above and beyond! Overall our experience with Jay Wolfe has been EXCELLENT. We look forward to our continued relationship with any future vehicle needs we may have!
