Warranty work done quickly with no hassles. Battery died two months before the 100% warranty expired. The battery was purchased at Jay Wolfe so I called Service and was told to bring it in (2 p Battery died two months before the 100% warranty expired. The battery was purchased at Jay Wolfe so I called Service and was told to bring it in (2 pm in the afternoon). They confirmed the battery was bad but still under warranty. They replaced it within and hour and a half with no cost to me. The customer lounge is well stocked with attentive staff. Overall a good experience out of a bad situation. More
