Regular automotive service. I was able to make an appointment 24 hours ahead. I was greeted and immediately turned my car over to the friendly service agent. I was given an estimate of 90 minutes for my service work, and my car was ready at almost exactly 90 minutes. The car wash was a nice finishing feature. More

What Else Could They Do? I had very little time to bring in my car when the service light went on. I called Jay Wolfe Acura and spoke with Dusty Hancock. He accommodated my schedule, I waited in a beautiful waiting room with a cafe and my car was ready and washed and vacuumed in just over an hour! Dusty takes what could be a very irritating and frustrating experience and makes it so relaxing! More
