However, Norm made the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. He was patient, friendly, and didn't make me feel like we were playing games. Once we finalized the deal, it was time to sign the paperwork. This is when we met Danny who was also extremely friendly and patient. Because there ended up being more maintenance needed than I was expecting. My service specialist Dillon Rath looked through their system for me and got me every discount that I qualified for, or at least the best one for me, that gave the most savings. I really appreciate it. I could have gone anywhere for these larger service items. But, price matching and being a regular customer of theirs really helped me. More
