Buy New Acura TLX On the sales front, Norm Dean was as good as it can get. He spent a LOT of time with me to be sure I understood all the new features of the TLX. He provided information on the negotiation time and didn't make me feel like I was being pushed into something or rushed. He listened and worked with me and the sales manager to get "across the finish line" so all were pleased. On the finance side, Josh was wonderful, He explained all aspects of the paperwork, the financing, the options available during the closing. He took time and didn't rush through anything.
