The usual fast friendly service Normally work with Dusty when we bring the cars in for service but he was on vacation. So we had the pleasure of working with Alejandro this time and he gave us the same great level of service that we get when working with Dusty.. Dropped the car of on Saturday morning to get a faulty headlamp fixed (not as easy as it sounds) and the AC back up and running. Both jobs were taken care of within the day and we were kept apprised of where we were in the process and the costs. While dealer service costs can be higher than other shops, I know I’m getting the job done right and with the right parts and they’ll stand behind the wirk should something happen. So the cost/benefits are worth it. More

My vehicle was completed on time. I made an appointment online for 1:30pm on 8/2. I dropped the vehicle off at 1:20pm and was told that the work would be completed by 6:00pm that day. Shortly after 5:00pm, I received a call from the service advisor and was told that they weren’t going to get to my car today. I was offered a loaner but declined. I had to make a second trip back the next day to get the work completed. Disappointed. All of my previous experiences have been terrific. Just dropped the ball this time. More
