Norm, our counselor, appeared to be willing to spend as much time as possible with us to let us make the best decision for us. We met Jimmy through a friend, and he walked us through every step of the process, offering his time, interest, and tips for buying and trading in our used car. Bought a RDX I was impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness and willingness to work with me. Also, she chewed gum my entire visit and when she was explaining the car, that put her in close proximity to my ear! In my book that is Annoying, rude and disrespectful.
