Bought a RDX I was impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness and willingness to work with me. Also, she chewed gum my entire visit and when she was explaining the car, that put her in close proximity to my ear! In my book that is Annoying, rude and disrespectful. Danny Martin was very helpful and patient explaining the functions of programming the vehicle to me. More

Was told car was in great shape but when I took home the same day after buying realized that some of the doors di Recently purchased a 2009 Acura MDX. Was told car was in great shape but when I took home the same day after buying realized that some of the doors didn't lock properly, blue tooth didn't work and there were a few other electrical problems. Brought car into the service department and they told there was $2,000 worth of electrical problems with car not covered by warranty. Awful customer service, had to call many times and visit the store twice until they agreed to pay for some of the problems. Ended up paying $500 extra to fix the electrical problems on the car they just sold me. Wouldn't recommend buying from here because they will rip you off if they have the chance. More

Great service people but one issue I brought my TL in for a B1 maintenance service and specially said my windshield wiper blades were bad and needed replacing. Jack did inform me that w I brought my TL in for a B1 maintenance service and specially said my windshield wiper blades were bad and needed replacing. Jack did inform me that was part of the B service. I left Jay wold and later in the day needed to use the wipers and found the blades had not been replaced. Had to bring the car back in which they were replaced. While understand mistakes being made, it does make me wonder if all the service items that I cannot readily see were actually done.
