After I picked the vehicle up and continues to hear the same noise he was very good at managing my expectations as they took my TL again to attempt to figure out why the noise could still be heard. He engaged in conversation about a used car we were buying for our daughter (first time driver) and suggested we have that vehicle checked over before buying it. Over scheduled I had a 1pm appt for a basic oil change. I didn’t get it back until 330. Nothing against the staff but why do they schedule 3,4,5 appts simultaneously I had a 1pm appt for a basic oil change. I didn’t get it back until 330.
