100K Maintenance - RDX Have never historically had any issues with this shop since purchase of my RDX almost 5 yrs. ago. Service was for 100K miles, Wife picked up RDX and Have never historically had any issues with this shop since purchase of my RDX almost 5 yrs. ago. Service was for 100K miles, Wife picked up RDX and left service center - less than 1 mile away RDX overheated for the 1st time of ownership. Called Dealership and communicated issue. Service group brought out loaner for my wife, drove RDX back to dealership and resolved the issue later that evening. Received a call from the dealership (not my Service Rep.) to communicate that the RDX was fixed, Rep. on line could not communicate issue for car overheating. Issue noted was a loose hose clamp, The cooling system has been flushed during maintenance and the clamp missed/overlooked. Required additional trip back to Dealership to pick up RDX next day.. More

Jordon was more than helpful even helping me get my texts to sync up with my system. Comfortable lounge, great cafe and excellent communication. For once I will actually look forward to getting my oil changed rather than dread it. More

They have driven me to my office so I don't have to wait at the dealer, although the entire waiting area is fantastic, so normally, I don't mind having a latte and doing some office work from Acura. Very good I figured after a oil change you would reset the oil light indicator which was not done, Very helpfull setting up both phones to blue tooth.
