I made arrangements and travel to get to my appointment for a rock chip repair. It was clear that I chose that option on Saturday the 26th at 11:00. I checked in around 10:50am and the customer service from the technicians seemed great per usual visit. At 12:15pm I was notified by Dusty that nobody was in or able to accompany that type of service. Almost an hour and half went by to figure this out? I have made an appointment at Wichita's Acura dealership because I was told my coverage would apply there too. Please take a look into this. More
