The service agent pointed out an item I should probably attend to because of the age of the car that I was unaware of. I waited in the lounge in very comfortable chairs, a large screen TV, and WIFI. There I enjoyed a complimentary drink and sandwich during my wait. By far, the best service experience I have ever experienced. More
