So far after a week I'm no longer getting alert messages. He did recommend an alignment and showed me all my past service dates and I haven't had one. Come to find out it was for my wife's car not mine. Only $99 so what the heck. I've always had good customer service with Jordan Mehalic and Robert Beaver. My 2008 TSX is still chugging along great with 132,000 miles and no major issues in that time. Great job JWA. More

Very accommodating and friendly I went in for a possible tail light assembly issue. The service representative (Jack) noticed I had a recall item that they could address for an addi I went in for a possible tail light assembly issue. The service representative (Jack) noticed I had a recall item that they could address for an additional 2 hours. Through their inspection they found I also needed an alignment which they were able to take care of also. Jack offered a loaner car early, but I chose to wait in the lounge where I could work on my computer. Jack kept me informed of the work they were doing and was able to get the tail light assembly replaced through my extended warranty. Due to a struggle replacing the recall part I ultimately decided to take the loaner car so I could take care of a couple of things I had planned for my day. The loaner car was an easy process and I was out of there in minutes. Same when I returned. I really enjoyed working with Jack. Thanks! More
