Norm Made It Painless! I' had been looking for a late model Acura RDX with low mileage at a good price for several weeks, and discovered one on the Jay Wolfe website. I firs I' had been looking for a late model Acura RDX with low mileage at a good price for several weeks, and discovered one on the Jay Wolfe website. I first spoke with Jim Mattson, the sales manager, and Jim made an appointment for us to meet with Norm Dean, who was our sales representative. We were trading in our 2012 RL with very low mileage and I explained to Norm that we wanted the best possible trade-in terms he could offer. I also wanted the transaction to be simple and quick since we were paying cash for the difference. Norm hit a home run on every level! The trade-in value was very good (I had checked with other dealers), as was the price on the new car, which was in perfect condition. Josh Gurney made the finance part of the discussion quick and easy. In short, the overall experience was pleasant and totally painless thanks to Norm, and the support he received from Jim and Josh. Our service rep at Jay Wolfe Acura, Dusty Hancock, also is excellent (we've owned several Acuras!). We'll keep coming back to Jay Wolfe. More

Once it was determined that some of the service work needed now would need for parts to be ordered and would not be able to get done until the following day he scheduled a loaner vehicle for me to drive. He also communicated to me periodically throughout the day letting me know the status of my vehicle and as soon as the vehicle was ready for pickup. More

My car was totaled and I had to borrow my parents car to get around. As a mother of two, I wasn't quite sure what to look for or what I wanted. When I inquired at Jay Wolfe, Joshua and Jim made the phone process easy. When I met Norman, he was so laid back and not how I pictured a car salesman. I, too am in sales, so his laid back approach was reassuring that I wasn't being pressured into buying a car. I had my two children under 3 with me as well during the process and I am so thankful for their patience and accommodations. Needless to say, he showed me the car I had inquired about, but in a completely different color! I told myself I would never have a red car again and that Friday, I drove out in a red Mazda, and I absolutely love it. It is the perfect fit for my family. Thank you Joshua, Jim, and Norman, for making my first purchase a great experience. I couldn't have gone to a better place. I have gotten nothing but wonderful compliments about my car! More
