I was upfront and said I need something I can p I most appreciate that they listened to my requests. I was shopping for my teenager for a college car. I was upfront and said I need something I can pay cash for. All other dealerships tried to convince me to use cash for down payment and go with small payment. Norm and Steve worked together to find me a perfect Honda CRV that had just been traded in and in my cash budget for her. And it didn't matter if I was spending $7k or $40k, I felt we were treated with the same level of service. When I'm ready to trade in and upgrade my own car I will be back. Thanks for listening guys! It's becoming difficult to say whether or not the quality of work here is so much higher than those other places to validate paying the much higher prices. More

Very Pleasant Used Car Buying Experience I went to purchase a used Acura that I saw online. The car was a little lower than priced online. I enjoyed the no haggle pricing on used, with only 1 small purchasing fee that I was told about upfront (most dealers have multiple additional fees); My sales guy, Norm was the ultimate professional, really easy going and did not pressure me at all. He was upfront, answered all of my questions and got me out of there with my car fast. Josh the Finance Manager got me a great deal that I was just blown away buy. He also did not haggle me into purchase warranties and packages that I did not want. He let me make my decision and understood my goals and I appreciate that. I also like the additional benefits I will get with purchasing a Certified Used Vehicle through Jay Wolfe, 10 free oil changes, free tire repair and replacement ect.
