Purchase of Vehicle I recently purchased a 2018 Honda CRV. My salesperson was supposed to be Jim Ryan, however after he scheduled 2 appts. with me and I was on time for I recently purchased a 2018 Honda CRV. My salesperson was supposed to be Jim Ryan, however after he scheduled 2 appts. with me and I was on time for both he was pre-occupied with another customer and never did meet with me. I guess I was not considered a customer to him He was paged multiple times and never responded. I was not impressed. Melissa was outstanding and she did a fine job of standing in for the MIA Jim Ryan. I now have a phone call into Jim as I need instructions on the use of the features on the CRV but I will be surprised if I hear from him. Also, Shelly Martin was easy and nice to work with. I still need to know if I have all my paperwork to be able to register and license the vehicle. I never did get a straight answer on that. More

Oil change and light replacement I only asked for one of my broken fog lights to be fixed but they fixed both without charging me for both! It was so nice of them.
