Upon arrival, waited over 10 without being able to pull in and NO ONE greeted me. I came inside where I had to seek out an advisor. I asked to speak with the service department manager, who no one could locate. I was checked in and then put into a dirty loaner. A part had to be ordered and I had to check on it’s status rather than an advisor calling me to let me know it arrived and make another appointment. I have another appointment next week to have the part installed, which I have no doubt will lead to further disappointment. Utterly UNIMPRESSED with this service department. More
