She is great. I have a certain level of confidence in the service mechanic, but I never actually interact with the mechanics. I have a complete lack of faith in the inspection recommendation report. It is false and inaccurate. This survey would probably receive a 5 if not for the lacking report. I do not know who makes assessments for items to be on the the recommendation report or the classification. It is false and inaccurate based on my experience with my car. *I am not aware, nor do I feel any issues while I drive my vehicle, My ride is smooth and fine, so I do NOT require right and left CV joint boots, which you claim to be torn and leaking. Just not so. *I do not have a power steering fluid leak. My steering works fine. *I do not have a transmission fluid leak. I have no problems with my transmission. I do not see any kind of puddle leaks. *Most laughable is that I have to replace the hood struts. Perhaps, one should open up the hood, and they will see when open as it should be, the struts work just fine. That is what irks me most . It diminishes the positive feelings I have with all the other positive matters. Furthermore, I provided similar feedback on my last service, with no follow up on your part. I want to repeat most is positive, but quite frankly the recommendation report is laughable. More

Small issue This is a very good dealership and I would highly recommend it. However on my last visit to get my oil change tires rotated and air filter changed, th This is a very good dealership and I would highly recommend it. However on my last visit to get my oil change tires rotated and air filter changed, they failed to inspect my windshield washer fluid. I don't know if it is empty or if it's not working but it was working before I drove it in there. The next day it was snowing in misting in my windshield was very dirty but I had no fluid to clean it. I don't even know where the tank is just do it on my own. More

Walked in to look. Walked out with a car. My lease with another car brand was coming to its end. I was about to pull the trigger with that company and purchase my lease. I saw an Acura TLX i My lease with another car brand was coming to its end. I was about to pull the trigger with that company and purchase my lease. I saw an Acura TLX in a parking lot. It caught my attention. Hendrick Acura was open on Sunday. I was thrilled. So, I went over to look at TLX cars. Met my very personable sales person, Manny. There was no pressure to purchase. No sales gimmicks to get me to sign that day. Just conversation about the TLX. Test drove the car and enjoyed it. Left still with the impression that I was going to buy my lease, as I was looking to reduce my monthly payment. Got a text later in the week that they could work towards my target price. Went over that night and bought it. The team stayed late, after they had closed so I could drive away with the car that night. Manny, again, very informative and personable took great car of me through the process. With the good feedback I have heard from others about Acura, and the buying experience I went through, I would highly recommend Hendrick Acura and Manny for those interested in getting a new car. (even including a picture of Manny so who know who he is when you go into the dealership) More
