Went Above and Beyond my Expectations I went in for normal maintenance and asked about a rip in the leather of my center console. My service rep reached out to a third party on her own ini I went in for normal maintenance and asked about a rip in the leather of my center console. My service rep reached out to a third party on her own initiative and was able to get the rip fixed at a lower price (and it looks great). They also had options for a loaner car and even a complimentary Uber for me to get back to work. This is the kind of service that left me pleasantly surprised and will make me come back. More
