Wasn't impressed I called ahead (twice) to confirm no appt needed, as well as describing the problem and being told it should take long just to "reset" so my console p I called ahead (twice) to confirm no appt needed, as well as describing the problem and being told it should take long just to "reset" so my console panel would work again. Upon arrival, people walked past me with no greeting nor offer to assist. I stood outside the service cubicles and no one acknowledged me. I went in to the service counter only to be told to go back out to the cubicles. I finally got someone's attention. I explained the main,problem, then discussed a secondary problem, and that seemed to be the only item of interest (to me it was secondary). It was assumed I'd leave my car.....no. I explaines how I was told it should be a quick in/out and he said that was the problem with people who werent even on site answering questions. I was then told it would take a while, I should schedule an appointment to drop it,off for work, and it no longer sounded like an easy rest, but one that would require the $109 diagnostic fee and probable additional work. Needless to say I was upset when I left. I've scheduled an appointment with my regular mechanic. More
