As an example, I recently went in to evaluate a battery drain issue. Adam & Jeremy kept my car for two days, trying a variety of means to replicate and diagnose the problem. I was provided with a loaner (a beautiful, 2018 TLX) while my car was in the shop, which allowed me to satisfy a very demanding work schedule. When we finally determined the battery was the issue, I went to pick up my car. I was charged the usual (and very reasonable) price for my oil/filter change and resolved to change the battery. No insanely high diagnostic fees, no unnecessary work done and the top-notch, professional service I've come to expect from the Hendrick service team. I'll never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!! More

Emergency service We had a what turned out to be a minor car problem on hwy near Hendricks acura dealership. Took it in. Spoke to Lara left car for svc Dept to look at. We had a what turned out to be a minor car problem on hwy near Hendricks acura dealership. Took it in. Spoke to Lara left car for svc Dept to look at. It was New Years Eve and our concern was starting the new year with a major car problem. We Ubered home (about 20 miles. A couple hours later we got a call from Lara saying it was a very minor problem and it was just a bent part they bent back into shape. Lara’s people skills and manor were so helpful in the midst of our confusion. We had been on a long trip to NY and were shocked to have a problem just 20 miles from home on NYE. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Lara very highly. More
