Honesty and integrity! It was a rainy day and I was 900 miles from home when a service light popped up on my Civic. The team that takes care of my car in ATL is Gwinnett Pl It was a rainy day and I was 900 miles from home when a service light popped up on my Civic. The team that takes care of my car in ATL is Gwinnett Place Honda. They have taught me that the Hendrick team provides tremendous customer service. So I googled Hendrick in Kansas City and found the Acura team in OP. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived, I told them about the service light and a couple of other items. Willie Johnson and Adam Hoehn checked me in and told me it would be about an hour and a half. A bit over an hour later, Willie Johnson told me the service was complete. He also said they did not do one of the items I requested because he showed me that it was not necessary. As I titled this review, Honesty and Integrity! Thank you, Hendrick Acura! More
