Always an excellent service experience The reason we are on our eighth Acura is the service we receive at Superior now Hendricks. There are a lot of great cars an SUVs on the market but the The reason we are on our eighth Acura is the service we receive at Superior now Hendricks. There are a lot of great cars an SUVs on the market but the service has to go along with the sale. We have purchased all but one car at Superior/Hendricks and the service at the other dealership was subpar. We now have all four cars at Hendricks once again. We have driven most of them over 200,000 miles and they were in great shape when we sold them. We have done all our service at Hendricks as they are trust worthy and if a repair is needed the car is not returned until it is right. More

Illogical Requests At this point, I’ve given up on what is their service department and the warranty I bought along with my car. Most recently my right back up mirror ke At this point, I’ve given up on what is their service department and the warranty I bought along with my car. Most recently my right back up mirror kept tilting in the upward position non stop, and their idea of even seeing what they can do about it was to leave my car up and running for 2 hours, checking periodically if the mirror was behaving the way I said it was. I explained this this happened intermittently, yet they couldn’t offer any solution to look into it further unless they saw it for themselves. I was asked to come back in /WHILE/ the issue is occurring. This is impractical because I believe the little motor behind the mirror could end up broken and then it be my fault for not stopping it? It’s ridiculous for them to want me to bring the car in with this mirror motor clicking and clicking so they can see it for themselves, when I’ve got video of this happeneing in two occasions. The fact that I purchased their warranty wasn’t even aknowledged, and instead, was told how expensive and time consuming fixing this issue could be, but was only emphasizing the cost. Very unhappy. I Don’t plan on going there any longer and will look into alternative service locations where my $3,200 warranty does SOMETHING. More
