service They are consistently good people. The parking button on my TLX was sticking. First suggestion was replace entire unit-$750 minimum. I had read tha They are consistently good people. After discussion Servicecenter did this and cured the problem. Would havebeen best customer service to do that rather than suggesting replacement. But it is fixed for nothing. Bigger issue is why Acura puts buttons that can stick next to cup holders where liquids will be??? More

I went to a different Acura dealership where they said I did not need these. I had just bought new tires not even a month ago and a new battery not even a year ago. If you’re going to try and sell me stuff I don’t need maybe don’t pick stuff that’s so obvious!!! More

Quick oil change and inspection Took my daughter’s car in for an oil change. Key fob reprogramming I bought my 2016 Acura TLX from another dealer (I know, my bad), and it was missing a second key fob. I acquired a new one online, and brought it to H I bought my 2016 Acura TLX from another dealer (I know, my bad), and it was missing a second key fob. I acquired a new one online, and brought it to Hendrick to have it programmed. Carol was very helpful in understanding my situation and quickly set about to handle my request. I waited less than an hour in your comfortable lounge area while my Acura's key was programmed, which I thought was very reasonable. Thanks for your help! More

While providing us with the recall service, the care taken to provide a loaner vehicle for my wife, and the discussions they had with her regarding maintenance and care of the vehicle, made it clear they had her best interests in mind.
