Tried to scam I had my car looked at for grinding noise and the diagnostic report came back with $13,000+ worth of repairs. I had the car towed to my mechanic and h I had my car looked at for grinding noise and the diagnostic report came back with $13,000+ worth of repairs. I had the car towed to my mechanic and he was able to fix everything that needed to be replaced for $440. Will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. More

Takes much too long!! The check in & out process takes much longer than it should. I’ve had a few different luxury cars & this is by far the slowest service Dept I’ve met. The check in & out process takes much longer than it should. I’ve had a few different luxury cars & this is by far the slowest service Dept I’ve met. The check in & out requires a lot of standing/sitting around to get in & out & often I just find someone sitting in their office to help me. I feel like any longer than 10 mins, esp to drop off is just too long. And to be clear, they are not walking to my car & going over things. This is just basic drop off & pick up for service. More

From the Customer Service lady at the front door (sorry, I forgot her name) to the closing financial manager they are courteous, friendly, helpful, professional and low-pressure. My brother and I wanted to work a three way deal with them and our Client Advisor, Max Donahue, was able to put the deal through successfully. The entire process went very smoothly even though I am an out-of-state buyer. Hendrick is very up front on letting you know all of the details about the vehicle that you are buying and makes that information easily available online. In fact, most of the buying process can be completed online which makes the trip to the dealership fast and smooth. Easily the best buying experience at any dealership in my lifetime and that includes a lot of dealerships. More
