Great experience I took my Acura MDX in for routine maintenance and I was greeted promptly and taken care of. I waited for my car and there were beverages and snacks a I took my Acura MDX in for routine maintenance and I was greeted promptly and taken care of. I waited for my car and there were beverages and snacks available. My wait was short and the service coordinator checked in with me half way through. He showed me my filters, but was very honest and told me that they didn’t need to be changed until my next service, even though one of them looked dirty to me. My car was vacuumed, but is was wet and snowy out so they couldn’t clean the exterior. More

30 minute oil change? Nope! I was looking forward to a 30 minute wait time that was so proudly displayed on the website when I made my appointment. However, like the time before I was looking forward to a 30 minute wait time that was so proudly displayed on the website when I made my appointment. However, like the time before it was at least an hour wait. I also requested on my appointment to have my car washed and vacuumed. I told the gentleman at drop off to please wash it despite the light rain that was going on. Well, after my hour wait it had stopped raining but unfortunately my car didn't get washed as requested and I had had enough at that point to wait anymore. This also happened during my oil change prior to this appointment. I was told then that it would take another 30 minutes to wash my car. Please don't offer this service if it can't be handled or ignored every time requested. More
