Emergency brake job the night before the service, I noticed a strange noise coming from my wheels. The next day I was to travel to Manhattan KS for a family wedding. I drove into the dealers shop at 7 am and explained my problem and stated my need to depart by 10 am to make the wedding. We drove the car to verify the noise and possible cause. The service adviser Kevin Lamble said the brake pads needed to be replaced. I agreed to the service and was able to leave on schedule for the wedding. I appreciated their quick diagnosis and prompt repair on a unscheduled service request. More

They were uninterested and rude We worked with Jess who was nice but seemed uninterested in us... he was slow, on his phone and then didn't give us any reason to go with his company. When offered a deal we had a better deal from another Honda dealership. It felt like they weren't even trying and treated us like we weren't important at all. We could have walked away with a car but after that expierence why would we buy from them. More
