Always a pleasant experience. You drive in and are always greeted immediately. They check the car for "vitals" as you watch then show you to the waiting room which I do. Additionally, the individual told me that I could only ride the complimentary shuttle at my scheduled appointment time. I generally drop my car off on my way to work, but my appointment wasn't until 10:30, so I inconvenienced a coworker to pick me up on her way to work as I didn't want to wait over 2 hours for my "scheduled" ride on the shuttle. The service advisor informed me that I could have taken the shuttle at any time, too bad the call center doesn't get informed this. More

Over 2 hours for an oil change Been here before, the facility it self is nice, they have an excellent waiting area and they do seem to try to make the experience a good one. TV, Wi-Fi etc. Normally I take the free shuttle home when I get work done. This was just an oil change, I had an appointment and I felt I wouldn't be there more than an hour, wrong. And I may have hit them on a very bad day. The drive in area was half full of cars, no one greeted me right away as they usually do, the place seemed disorganized and chaotic. The service writer I hope was having a bad day, his social skills were not up to the task. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment so I thought this would help make things go quicker. It didn't. As I waited in the customer area, I happen to look out the window to see my car parked outside the drive in area, with the window OPEN. So not only have I been moved to the back of the line (by this time it was well after my appointment time) but they didn't have the common courtesy of locking my car. This has been a huge issue with me, this is not a secure area on the lot, anyone can walk up and grab something out of your car. This is just plain disrespectful to the car owner. I do take my valuables out of my car, that isn't the point, LOCK MY CAR as I would and as you would. This dealer does the same thing when they park your car on the lot after service is done (again in an unsecure area) they park it with the doors unlocked. So after nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes I am standing at the window the service writer comes up and tells me my car is nearly done as in a 'few minutes', 20 minutes later he tells me to meet him at his desk. I wait. Never once did he show me the ticket, just tells me the amount. He takes my credit card and I get handed my paperwork and I wait for my key. Then he tells me, your car is being washed, it will be a few minutes. Wait, what? I am told my car is ready, I pay so I can leave and my car isn't truly ready. Nice. A few minutes later a tech shows up with my car key then is told to bring my car up. Waste of time. I try to get my key to go get my car myself so I can leave, but he runs to get it (give him credit for being a hard worker and the most polite person I met there). The whole visit was a less than stellar job, no doubt I'll be back as its too far to the other dealerships. Next time I will just take the shuttle and sit around wondering if my car is being left outside unlocked. More

I am in the middle of moving to Missouri and needed a safety inspection done on my car. When I dropped my car off he was very helpful explaining the process and exactly what I needed for my personal situation. We added an ID/OD to the service for that day. Having employees that are familiar with the Missouri/Kansas regulations is a nice added benefit. When I came to pick up my vehicle later that afternoon, I was curious about new mats for my car. He walked me to the parts department and introduced me to a man that could help me out further. I appreciate the personal and professional touch. More
