Great sales team, not a fan of financial team I had a great experience with my sales representative. He was helpful with answering all of my questions and made the car buying process very enjoyabl I had a great experience with my sales representative. He was helpful with answering all of my questions and made the car buying process very enjoyable. During my meeting with the financial office I had a very bad experience with Josh Pop. After being at the dealership for 2 hours the Josh was aggressively pushing protective plans. He kept drawing scribbles all over the protection options (basically making it illegible) and when I declined he kept asking what I didn't like about it. This went on for 5 more minutes until I had to tell him that it had been a long day and I would like to move on with the process. He then said "you wouldn't even buy it if I gave it to you for half would you?" That made me think "what is the mark-up on this protection plan and why is he pushing it so hard". It was very obvious he was getting a cut for selling it. After moving on he was not friendly throughout the rest of the meeting. Overall it was very unprofessional and Jay Wolfe Honda deserves better. More
