He was polite, matter of fact, and succinct. He even helped me get my car key back in correct position on my key ring. I have great faith and confidence in his explanations on the what and why the necessity for fixing the items that were assessed as needing attention sooner rather than later. More
As always friendly and courteous service I can always expect good service. Also 3 days before my service, an unexpected thing happened , my car didn't start and I was at a nearby convenience I can always expect good service. The dealership sent a salesman to my rescue and gave me a jump. Needless to say they went over and beyond, I don't think this was a usual request to come help a old lady in distress. l have a 2016 Honda Accord and I should not have had a/c on a while sitting in car on phone , it drained battery More

Excellent customer and car service! I made an appointment for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. I was greeted immediately and escorted to the customer lounge. Annual maintenance check was pretty timely and efficient. Overall, things went pretty good, however I do have a couple of complaints. While I was waiting for a service technician to check me in and write up the ticket, a Hispanic guy hooked up his cables to check my battery--it tested out OK. Only problem is that he dropped the metal clamp on the hood of my car which make me mad--pure carelessness and no apology. The second complaint relates to what the service tech told me after the maintenance check was completed. I had a question on the inside circulation button which goes off and on for no apparent reason when automatic A/C is on. His explanation did not make any sense and he told me not to use the Automatic A/C mode anymore because it does not work right. Rather, he said to turn it off and just use the inside circulation button, let things cool off for awhile and then manually set the temperature to where I want. When I told him that's not what everyone else has told me, he said they were wrong. Now, I am completely confused! Can someone help me with this issue? More
