Since the 2009 Civic that was brought in for maintenance was originally purchased as a used call from Jay Wolfe Honda about a year ago, we asked if he could provide us all the maintenance history they had on the car. When we checked in the car for service Mr. Fisher said he would get that information and have it ready when the car was done with service. At the time the car was done he had the complete maintenance history from the original sale when the car was new. Thank you very much. Well done. More

Internet contact failed us. We had contacted the dealership through the website and had Samantha call us. After discussing EXACTLY what we wanted and asking if it was in stock, We had contacted the dealership through the website and had Samantha call us. After discussing EXACTLY what we wanted and asking if it was in stock, she asked when we would be in to look at them. We gave them 2 hours to make sure the vehicles we requested to see would be there. Unfortunately, Samantha never notified anyone that we were coming, or at least no one went to the other lot to get the car we wanted. So when we got there we were told they did not have the vehicle we came to see. I told him to look again because Samantha told us it was there. Sure enough it was there, but in a out-lot on State Line. The salesman had to run over to get the vehicle and then wash it. It also had not been driven for a year, so the battery was failing and the sensors were going nuts. If it were not for the nice customer area, we would have been incredibly mad at the waste of our time on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. More

First Class Service done in a Timely Manner I am very happy with my 2010 Honda Fit. It is a low mileage car (15,000 miles in 6 years) so I bring the car in once a year to be serviced. Jay Wolf I am very happy with my 2010 Honda Fit. It is a low mileage car (15,000 miles in 6 years) so I bring the car in once a year to be serviced. Jay Wolfe has done all of the service on the car. Steve Barzilla told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Later Steve called me and said that there were a couple of other things that should be done and why they should be done and the cost for each one. I felt like Steve was recommending work for the car that he would have done if the car were his. The work was done on time and the car was ready when I arrived to get it. I've had experience with dealerships for three different makes of cars. Jay Wolfe is the best of the bunch. More
