I was on hold for 20/25 minutes I had to call from my work phone to get an update on my car. I love this place, I love the people, but I do NOT know what was going on yesterday. I can appreciate a busy day, but even if the front desk could just relay the status of my car to me, that would have been WAY more helpful than me waiting to speak to someone in service for 20/25 minutes. I had to stay on the phone for the status, as I had to work late and wasn't even sure when/if I could get my car back but apparently NO ONE except the original tech I had met at the beginning of the day (at 10:30 am) could relay to me that it would be done by 5:15/5:30 pm. More
