We just purchased a new Honda CRV. From the day we ordered it, to yesterday when we picked it up, it was a wonderful experience. We never felt like we were pressured to buy something, including all the possible add ons. The price of everwss exactly what we were quoted 3 months ago when we ordered the car. Our salesman, James Trotter, went above and beyond to keep us informed of the delivery date over the past few months. He stayed after hours to make sure everything went well and that we understood how to operate and set all the new features. Shaun in finance clearly explained all the financing and made sure we understood everything. Again, no pressure. Our family has purchased many cars from Jay Wolfe and now we know why. Don't have your car serviced here. They won't honor extended warranty offered by Honda. They blame the owner for everything wrong with the car. Honda Inc. told me to take the car to another dealer if extended warranty offered by Honda. They blame the owner for everything wrong with the car. Honda Inc. told me to take the car to another dealer if that is any indication. Misdiagnosed issue, ended up with $3000 in repairs, car still not running properly. Charge more than double for parts you can get at autozone. Just what you fear by going to a dealership. More
