Great Web and In-Store Experience I am a Costco member and called for Costco pricing and spoke to Jayson Szymaszek. He was absolutely fantastic. He gave me the internet pricing but t I am a Costco member and called for Costco pricing and spoke to Jayson Szymaszek. He was absolutely fantastic. He gave me the internet pricing but told me on the Pilot I was looking at I could get a better price in the store. I told him I was on the road and could stop by in about 10 minutes but it would be 30 minutes before closing time. By the time I got there, 5 minutes, Jayson had already told Tony Alsaleh, one of the salesman, that I was coming. Jason met me when I came in, introduced me (and my family) to Tony and the sales manager. They offered us food and beverages. Within 5 minutes, they had given me the keys to a Pilot Touring and my family and I (no staff) were off on a test drive. This surprised me. I must look trustworthy or they really thought my Odyssey with 217k miles was a lot of collateral. When we got back they gave me the pricing and it was very competitive. We had to leave to get to a birthday party and I got no pressure about it. Jayson and Tony were understanding and asked if I wanted them to follow up with me. I said yes and Jayson and I spoke/emailed several times over the next week or so. I had advised them I was really wanting to wait for the new Pilot but was a realist and knew that I could get a much better deal on the 2015 and was ready to buy if the deal was too good to pass up. They ended up providing that deal with no real pushing from me. The only issue was that because it is an outgoing model, they had limited stock and didn't have the color we really wanted and didn't have anything to trade another dealer to get it. Long story short, I ended up buying from another dealer who matched Jay Wolfe's price. I spoke to Jayson after and he was very understanding and so was Tony. I actually dreaded this call a bit because they had both been so awesome. However, they both understood that I keep cars a long time and needed to be happy with my purchase. I am happy with my car and Jay Wolfe is actually responsible for the great price I got from the other dealer. I recommend this dealer and they will be my first stop when we are ready to buy another car. I was sad I didn't get to buy from them. I got treated fine by the dealer I bought from but Jay Wolfe really goes above and beyond. More

Our issue was odd sound and vibration on acceleration and we suspected an exhaust leak. Your service department found that it was an air filter that had not been replaced properly. The filter had been replaced by an oil change shop and another independent repair shop could not identify the source of our problem. The independent repair shop initially contacted Roberto and paved the way for us to bring it to Jay Wolfe. It was an easy fix, but rather dicey in identifying. Roberto also determined we needed our tires aligned. Overall, we are very pleased with the service we received. More
