Bad timing This new car purchase wasn't quite as smooth as most. The gentleman we initially visited with to start the purchase called in sick the next day (Tues This new car purchase wasn't quite as smooth as most. The gentleman we initially visited with to start the purchase called in sick the next day (Tuesday) and never returned to work. It wasn't until the following Monday that we were able to close the deal, due to circumstances on the part of both myself as well as the dealership. When we closed on Monday, the gentleman who prepared our financial documents appeared inexperienced so there were several reprints, which again didn't make it feel like a real smooth process. Overall, everyone was very nice, but there were a few bumps along the way. More
