Melissa, Debbie, and Franklin were fantastic! Melissa worked with me via email to discuss my car of interest, price, and trade-in, which was extremely convenient. Melissa, on behalf of the dealership, gave me a great deal on my new car and offered more for my trade-in than I was expecting. Given today's market, where many dealerships are taking advantage of customers, I started to think I was being tricked (especially since the back and forth was over email and in a timely fashion). I had to pick up the phone and call to make sure my deal was real! I live about an hour from the dealership, but that didn't bother me because I knew I was in safe, trustworthy hands. Debbie and Franklin both assisted me the day I picked up the car. Debbie took the time to walk me through every detail of the vehicle and even went beyond her responsibility by helping me wrap up final steps with my trade-in. Her exceptional customer service continued even after the deal was done and I drove off the lot- checking up a few days after to see how everything was going and to make sure I was satisfied. Franklin was extremely patient and attentive. He explained my warranty options in great detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me sound advice about how to approach making a decision. Franklin ended up customizing a warranty package that worked best for my situation. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and positive. I am so thankful for Melissa, Debbie and Franklin. I hit the jackpot with them and Jeep Chrysler Dodge City. More
