My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited from Kyle Tharaldson at Roseville Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and could not have had a better experience. We had fun buying our new car which is the first te I can say that has happened. He did such a tremendous job we leased a 2020 Cherokee Trailhawk a week later. We will come back to Kyle for all our future purchases!!! More

They broke my car Upon removing my tire they snapped off one of the screws that hold on the tire. Then they tell me that they don't have time to fix the problem they cr Upon removing my tire they snapped off one of the screws that hold on the tire. Then they tell me that they don't have time to fix the problem they created and that I will have to come back another time to get it fixed. This proses will take them over an hour and I don't have any time for three weeks. So now, I have to drive around for 3 weeks with only 4 screws holding my tire on (they assure me this is fine) Then I have to waste another hour at the dealership waiting for them to do their job. I find it ridiculous that they wouldn't stay late to fix the part of my car they broke on the same day. Inconveniencing me seemed like a more suitable solution to them. More

Best Chrysler Dealer in Northern Subse Living close to Coon Rapids Chrysler, I had attempted to make a deal on a Jeep. Unfortunately, CR Chrysler did not need my " business and I ended up Living close to Coon Rapids Chrysler, I had attempted to make a deal on a Jeep. Unfortunately, CR Chrysler did not need my " business and I ended up at my usual dealer, Roseville. Out of my last seven new Chrysler Products and comparing "apples to apples" I seem to always get "a much better deal with Roseville, always much less cost for a "new car." Thanks, Roseville and you will most likely always get my business. Personally, I think that getting a new building every few years costs buyer's extra sheckles on any new car and I suggest the Coon Rapids stop building a new building every few years and basically tearing down an almost new building, Yes, being right on HWY 10 is "showey" but you don't need a new building so often. More
