He listened well and the problems were ultimately and quickly resolved without any hassle: transmission control module update and replacement of differential. All issues totally FIXED. No drama! Timely, professional. While I was at your dealership I witnessed Dave thoroughly explaining service to people who are not car people, in a manner that they could understand...it doesn’t work like that at a lot of dealerships!
