Uncommunicative but helpful in the end. I dropped my car of in the morning and was meant to pick it up in the afternoon. I called at 5.30 after hearing nothing all day and they then told me I dropped my car of in the morning and was meant to pick it up in the afternoon. I called at 5.30 after hearing nothing all day and they then told me i would not be able to take my car home that day because it was now un-drive able. They were only half way through the brake replacements. Admittedly, the delay was because of my company insurance but the dealership could have called much earlier in the day to update me. To there credit they did give me a great rental for the following day at no expense, though again the next day it was me again that had to call them to find out my car was now ready for pick up. More
