Great service great job.. They went beyond being nice. I have been going to Chrysler for about 15 years. This particular shop has a great group of guys in the service department. Gary was great about arranging to drop my car off at home, after payment, as I had surgery for a knee replacement. They came by with it and parked it right out front. No charge. Great service. More

Here for recall fix Brought 2017 Grand Cherokee for recall. Courteous staff with nice waiting room. Had basic O&F service and tire rotation. But result was badly over inflated tires at 40 pounds cold. That shouldn't happen. Front should be 32, rear 36. I'll probably be back but will expect a better result. More

Great Service Fast service. I didn't have to wait to long. He explained what was needed in detail. It was a great surprise when I went to my car and it was cleaned. Fast service. Problem is unfixed I took my car in for a check engine light. I spent over $790 for parts and services and my check engine light is still on. I took it back the next day I took my car in for a check engine light. I spent over $790 for parts and services and my check engine light is still on. I took it back the next day and the only thing they were able to do was clear the code so that it doesn't show up. That lasted a day and a half. Now I have to reschedule another service appointment. This is an inconvenience. More

Oil Change I had the oil changed in my 2007 Jeep Grand Cheroke Limited Diesel. Within 6 miles of Roseville CDJR sericecenter my oil light came on. My engine com I had the oil changed in my 2007 Jeep Grand Cheroke Limited Diesel. Within 6 miles of Roseville CDJR sericecenter my oil light came on. My engine compartment was covered in oil, The outside of my vehicle was covered in oil and where I stopped there grew a puddle of oil under the Jeep. That's the bad. The good is Shane gave me the info for a tow truck which they Roseville CDJR paid for. I was given a service vehivle to get home. Roseville CDJR totally cleaned up the mess and I had my vehicle back by 5:30 PM that night. Fortunately there seems to be no damage. I usually have good competant service so I will continue coming to Roseville CDJR for maintenance on my Jeep. More

No drama and an excellent price even though they couldn't quite match another dealer's advertised price. The other dealer, was a nightmare--didn't have even close the product knowledge Gage demonstrated. Gage answered even my most complicated questions about trim levels and specifications. He really knew his stuff. In contrast, I left Jeff Belzer's Dodge a few days earlier without purchasing a car because the sales person had no almost zero knowledge. The guy at Belzer's couldn't answer the most basic questions and was high pressure. More
