Good sales rep, less than desired support afternpurchase Kyle was a good rep to deal with, although I was told the truck I got had remote start by Kyle, I come to find it does not. Not too big a deal but the sale people should know what the vehicle being consider has for options After the purchase there was a mechanical issue. I spent roughly 1/2 hour on the phone while they were in a busy period only to be switched around to diff departments and never was able to speak with a person. Receptionist finally got back on the phone and apologized and took my info for a return call, which never happened so I started the process again and am still waiting. For those that are interested, the mechanical problem on my ram 1500 is that sometimes when you switch to drive nothings happens until it bangs into gear and lurches forward, not safe!!! The vehicle was not very “detailed” at pick up either- smudged windshield and glass, tire times coated in dirt etc. More

It is a bit of a journey from where I live in the western suburbs and I initially went to some closer local dealerships. However no one would come and help us, everyone seemed too busy and nobody seemed to want our business. This was not the case at Roseville.
