Quick and easy I stopped into the dealership around 1 PM and there was no one in line in front of me for an oil change… They were able to get me right in! Aleays get the most professional and courteous service I called Roseville Chrysler Jeep last week to schedule an oil change and to address a recall. I asked about an estimate on a new battery, and got a quote for a battery with more cold cranking amps for $50.00 less than a neighborhood garage quoted. I also asked about any scheduled maintenance due on my 2010 Jeep Compass. Went in today, had an oil change, the recall done, a new batter installed, a fluid flush and a new key made. I was told a minimum of two and a half hours, was out the door before that time. The bill was exactly where I expected it to be, based upon the information that I had been given the week before. The Jeep was purchased brand new in 2010 from RCJ, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. More
