After being told the deal ended that day to get the "exclusive low pricing" I would need to sign that day or I would lose out on many black Friday deals. They did throw in installing a sun roof on my car to seal the deal as I requested it and it doesn't come on the Cherokee Latitude. After signing the paperwork and getting into my car i realized the seats weren't fully leather and half cloth it was disappointing to not have full leather that I requested. After asking around to many friends that leased Jeeps many had put 0 down and were paying $280-$312 on the monthly payments and had the Jeep Limited compared to the Latitude. After doing research online the jeep website said with $3,000 my monthly payment would be $274 a month, I then researched Rosedales own website and with $3,000 down the total would be $304 a month. I just didn't understand how i had the lower end model and ended up paying much more than everyone else. After seeing many online advertisements with $0 down and having less monthly payments I was confused. I went into the dealership and asked for an explanation, they were unable to pull my Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement - Closed End and mine is illegible to read. After sitting for over an hour and not being able to come up with an answer I left. I left very disappointed and still have a bad taste in my mouth knowing I got a terrible deal on the lease. Then we come in to fix the recalls and the DEF filter and don’t fix it right the first time when we told them we already tried other things. Then The second I get home the DEF filter goes off and I need to go back again, very time consuming and annoying. When we were called they said the air filter was fixed and that I told them air filter? I think these workers are being lazy and trying to beat around the bush for something they don’t want to do. Fix it right the first time and make the customer happy ! Enterprise has been great to deal with and Jake has been doing well at getting back to me but we did need to speak with management to get our point across at what needs to be fixed.
