Service Center I had to bring my car in due to a noise issue. They made sure that I had a way to get home, which ended up being a rental free of charge. The team w I had to bring my car in due to a noise issue. They made sure that I had a way to get home, which ended up being a rental free of charge. The team was efficient and were able to diagnose an issue with my motor mounts. The next day I could still hear the noise so they had me bring it back and a do a test drive with the tech. He could hear it too and they took my car back in and gave me another rental free of charge. They ran diagnostics and did another test drive with a Chrysler expert (as the newer 300 series has the same issue). The conclusion was the noise is normal. I was impressed that the team went out of their way to do all they could to fix my car and make sure my daily life wasn't interrupted too much. Excellent customer service and great turn around time.
